All orders will be processed pending a stock verification and verification of the credit card used by the customer.
In the event that there is a stock out or unavailability of a product, you will be contacted to inform you of the new delivery time or, if it is not possible to serve you said product, to proceed with its replacement or cancellation.
José Albero Puerto, SL will contact you if any questions/setbacks arise with your order or if more information is needed to verify said credit card.
Shipping costs are not included.
Shipments to Spain take 10 business days, except the Canary Islands and the rest of the EU, which will take 16 business days.
The seller is not responsible for delays that occur due to causes beyond its control or force majeure.
If the order is lost during its journey to its destination, it will be replaced. If there is no availability, the order would be canceled and a refund would be made.

EU and Canary Islands delivery date will be 16 working days, rest of Spanish regions delivery will be during 10 working days.
Seller is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond his control.
If your parcel is lost during transit process, it will be replaced and if there is no stock, amount will be returned.
