RETURN POLICY
From the moment you receive our order you will have 15 calendar days to make your return without any type of penalty.
Returns of used or manipulated products will not be accepted. Remember that you must package the order with all the original elements of the item to be returned and it must not have been used or manipulated. If any of these requirements are not met, the return will be rejected, and the customer must be responsible for the return shipping of the item.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
Send an e-mail to secaneta@secaneta.com indicating the order number / collection address / reasons for return. We will inform you of the process to follow for collection.
Our carrier will come to your home or the agreed place to pick up the package. The client must guarantee the availability of someone to deliver the item and a contact telephone number, always during the transport agency's working hours from Monday to Friday, not including holidays.
Once it is confirmed that the items meet the requirements for return, we will refund your money, less shipping costs. This refund will generally be made within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt and verification of the product/s.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Returns will be accepted only within 15 days of receipt, for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached. Returned items must be unused and sent in their original condition, from the original delivery country.
If you choose to refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to José Albero Puerto, SL address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandiserefund.
PROCESS INSTRUCTIONS
